Technical Recruiter

We’re looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to source, engage, and manage top talent across engineering, AI, and technical roles. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Ideal candidates have experience with technical hiring, fast-paced environments, and modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities:

• Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound strategies
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and improve hiring pipelines

Requirements

• 1-2 yearss of recruiting experience, ideally in technical roles
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, outbound, boolean search)
• Ability to assess technical basics and communicate with engineers
