Our culture thrives on ownership, innovation, and meaningful human connections. Role Overview We are looking for a technical recruiter with strong experience in IT hiring and client-facing delivery. The ideal candidate should be able to source, screen, and onboard top IT talent, while also interacting with clients to understand business needs and drive successful placements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the recruitment hustle and the client partnership journey. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Delivery Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (Full Stack Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.). Source candidates using portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals. Conduct technical screening and coordinate interviews. Negotiate offers, ensure smooth onboarding, and maintain candidate relationships. Client Engagement & Growth Work directly with clients to understand project requirements, skill expectations, and hiring timelines. Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and client stakeholders. Support business development by identifying new client needs and recommending staffing solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with client accounts. Operations & Reporting Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.). Ensure smooth documentation and compliance with company hiring processes. Collaborate with internal teams to improve process efficiency and talent pipeline quality. Skills & Qualifications : 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment (domestic or international). Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Proven experience in working on client-driven requirements. Experience in working with ATS or CRM systems. Ability to multitask and deliver results under tight timelines. Preferred AttributesSelf-starter with a passion for recruitment and people connection. Experience in business development or client account management (added advantage). Team player with strong ethics, ownership, and attention to detail. Why Join Us?
