Responsibilities:

• Act as the

  primary point of contact for US & UK-based clients

  across multiple projects, managing expectations and maintaining long-term trust.
• Gather, analyze, and document client requirements with enough technical depth to guide developers.
• Translate client needs into user stories, tasks, and technical acceptance criteria.
• Review technical decisions with developers and validate feasibility against client needs.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and sprint cadences using tools like

  ClickUp and Jira

• Run sprint ceremonies: planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Provide structured weekly status reports, risk assessments, and escalation updates to clients and leadership.
• Collaborate with developers to remove blockers, maintain delivery discipline, and ensure smooth team communication.
• Coach developers to improve

  client-facing written and verbal communication

Must Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in software delivery, including

  at least 1–2 years as a software developer

  before transitioning into PM/leadership roles.
• Proven track record of

  service-based project delivery with US clients

  .
• Strong understanding of the

  basic building blocks of full-stack SaaS application development

  (frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud).
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and

  project management tools like ClickUp and Jira

  .

• Extremely strong professional communication skills

  — both written and verbal — with the ability to explain technical trade-offs in business-friendly terms.
• Comfortable working in a

  dynamic and fast-paced startup environment

Good to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with React, Django, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Azure services.
• Exposure to

  Generative AI or AI/ML-driven applications

• Experience with GitHub workflows, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to create technical documentation and delivery playbooks.
• Prior experience in mentoring developers on both technical and client-facing aspects.
