What We're Looking For We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React + Vite as the build tool. You will play a critical role in crafting fast, responsive, and intuitive interfaces that directly interface with our backend AI systems. If you're passionate about great UI/UX and modern JavaScript tooling, this is the place for you. Key Responsibilities Build responsive, performant, and accessible UIs using React with Vite (preferred). Design and implement modern component-based architectures using Tailwind CSS, antD. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and AI engineers to bring dynamic user experiences to life. Optimize frontend performance with lazy loading, code-splitting, and advanced caching strategies. Integrate RESTful APIs, handle auth tokens (OAuth/JWT), and manage error states gracefully. Set up and maintain a modular and scalable frontend codebase with clear documentation. Participate in design discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and UI/UX improvements. Must-Have Skills Strong experience with ReactJS (Hooks, Functional Components). Git proficiency, clean commit hygiene, and familiarity with branching strategies and CI/CD workflows. Familiarity with Vite for lightning-fast builds. Proficiency in Javascript. Expertise in modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, and component libraries like antD, etc. Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility. Comfortable integrating with APIs (REST) and handling authentication flows. Experience with form design/management and validation. (Good-to-Have) Skills Experience with Vite plugins, SSR, or Code splitting techniques. Knowledge of performance profiling using Lighthouse, React Profiler, or Chrome DevTools. Exposure to Figma for interpreting design files. Interest in integrating with LLM APIs, chatbot UIs, or AI-enhanced UX components.

Qualifications 1-2 years' of experience working in Human Resources Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area Strong interpersonal and communication skills Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding (documentation, access setup, welcome communication) Coordinate employee off-boarding: exit interviews, asset return, access deactivation Maintain employee records and HR documentation Track employee attendance and leaves Support performance review coordination and feedback documentation Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and communicated to the team Collect and verify monthly payroll inputs for employees and vendors (attendance, leaves, deductions etc) Coordinate with finance department for timely salary disbursement Update and manage the salary sheet regularly with bank and other necessary details Making sure all the employees are provided with the pay slips Coordinate logistics for events and team building activities Assist in creating and updating company documents and SOPs, renewals, documentation, etc. Build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
