We are hiring a Technical Product Lead to own, develop, and scale this technology with the vision of making 1% improvements every day —compounding into exponential impact over time. Who Should Apply? Key Responsibilities Build & Own the AI-Driven VC Technology Platform Develop a fully integrated venture capital platform covering deal sourcing, portfolio management, investor reporting, and fund administration. Automate workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks and improve decision-tracking. Integrate AI-driven insights to enhance data analytics, reporting, and financial modeling. AI & API Integrations for Smarter Decision-Making Integrate Perplexity AI, ChatGPT, WhatsApp, and other workflow automation tools to optimize deal flow movement and real-time investment decisions. Set up WhatsApp automation for seamless deal movement—allowing real-time updates, automated reminders, and instant approvals. Connect external data sources (e.g., Zauba Corp, Tracxn, VCCEdge, Venture Intelligence, PitchBook, Angel Match, OpenVC) via APIs to enrich investment research. Develop real-time AI-driven alerts for deal movement, milestone tracking, and portfolio updates. AI-Powered Portfolio Management & Investment Insights Use LLMs like Perplexity AI and ChatGPT to provide intelligent recommendations on investments, portfolio interventions, and risk assessments. Implement auto-tagging and classification of deals based on investment preferences, market trends, and past decision data. Develop automated LP updates and reporting systems, ensuring data-driven investor engagement. Building an ERP for Venture Capital Operations Architect a long-term ERP solution that integrates fund operations, LP engagement, portfolio tracking, and compliance. Design automated investor relations tools for real-time fund performance updates. Continuous Optimization & Performance Tracking Measure, analyze and refine every step of the investment process to improve IRR and decision efficiency. Introduce frameworks for continuous learning, ensuring 1% improvement every day—leading to exponential efficiency gains over time. Build & Lead a High-Performance Team Initially work hands-on to develop the platform, with the goal of hiring and managing a team as the platform scales. Mentor junior developers and product managers, fostering a culture of high performance and ownership.
