Proven track record of successfully filling a large number of roles within aggressive timelines. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Experience with ATS is a plus. Demonstrated experience with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and professional networking. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements in India Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proactive, resilient, and adaptable to changing hiring needs and market conditions.
