About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Create job descriptions and manage recruitment campaigns.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn and job portals.
Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Represent the company at job fairs and hiring events.

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and evaluation methods.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Talent Solutions and job boards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, proactive, and people oriented.
