Understanding client requirements and matching suitable profiles
Training & Learning Exposure
Complete training in Core Recruitment (End-to-End Hiring)
Practical knowledge of HR Operations
Exposure to Payroll, PF & ESIC processes
Understanding HR documentation and compliance basics
Industry-oriented HR training with real-time work exposure
