Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage showroom sales performance by setting targets, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills. Handle client queries via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions in a professional manner. Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by providing guidance on product knowledge, selling techniques, and market trends. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in retail or consumer electronics & appliances industry. B.Com degree from a recognized university (any specialization). Excellent communication skills with convincing power; ability to build rapport with customers at all levels. Strong email writing skills; proficiency in using CRM software for lead management.
