Role & responsibilities

During two months of intern ship if you close some positions from the clients side you will get TWO THOUSAND for every single position.

Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.

Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates.

Job Postings: Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.

Database Management: Update internal employee databases with new employee information.

Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing interview materials, sending job offers, and rejection letters.

Employee Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires.

Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events and career fairs.

Market Research: Gather market salary information and industry trends.

Policy Assistance: Help in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.

Proactive Attitude: Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and willingness to learn.

Networking Abilities: Comfortable engaging with potential candidates and partners at events and through direct outreach
