Job Description

What will your role look like
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business units or technology domains.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Guide and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Drive sourcing strategies using diverse channels job portals, social media, referrals, and talent mapping.
  • Manage offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leadership on workforce planning and talent forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and diversity objectives.

We would like you to bring along
  • 10+ years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, with at least 3 years in a lead or managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of IT/Technology hiring across domains such as Java, Full Stack, Cloud, and DevOps.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor recruiters and drive performance through coaching and feedback.
  • Hands-on experience with talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, analytics dashboards, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
Good-to-have skills
  • Experience in Technical bulk hiring initiatives.
  • Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Familiarity with data-driven recruiting and HR analytics tools.
  • Experience in process improvement or TA automation projects.
