Job Description

What will your role look like

Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business units or technology domains.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
Guide and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Drive sourcing strategies using diverse channels job portals, social media, referrals, and talent mapping.
Manage offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with HR and business leadership on workforce planning and talent forecasting.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and diversity objectives.

We would like you to bring along

10+ years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, with at least 3 years in a lead or managerial capacity.
Strong understanding of IT/Technology hiring across domains such as Java, Full Stack, Cloud, and DevOps.
Proven ability to manage and mentor recruiters and drive performance through coaching and feedback.
Hands-on experience with talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using ATS, analytics dashboards, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).

Good-to-have skills

Experience in Technical bulk hiring initiatives.
Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Familiarity with data-driven recruiting and HR analytics tools.
Experience in process improvement or TA automation projects.
