Job Description

  • Responsible for talent acquisition for different roles including sales function at all levels for PAN India locations.
  • Leveraging different sources to attract talent like employee referral scheme, job portals, newspaper advertisements, consultants, walk ins and headhunting etc. to optimize recruitment cost and improve employer branding.
  • Ensuring continuous process improvement /enhancement to improve TAT , quality feedback.
  • Contributing to HR dashboard on recruitment and related areas using excel or any other tools.
  • Working on key policies or process excellence to ensure internal controls in system.
  • Creating strong network with industry profiles to create a continuous talent pipeline of quality profiles.
  • Managing background verification, on-boarding /KYC documentation, induction of new joiners and asset management.
