Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Candidates with 03-05 years of work experience in IT hiring may apply for the role.

Location: Sector 83, Mohali

Job Type: Work From Office only (Full-time)

Roles & Responsibilities:
The candidate should be having good knowledge of:

1- IT Recruitment, Retention.

2- Responsible for effectively managing the job portals.

3- Sourcing candidates through various channels — job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and networking.

4- Screening resumes, conducting initial HR rounds, and coordinating technical interviews.

5- Negotiating salaries & managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing to onboarding.

6- Staying updated with current market trends, compensation benchmarks, and IT skills demand.

7- Supporting HR in other functions like onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
