Project: Dhubri - Phulbari Bridge project Education: (1) Graduate in Civil Engineering (2) Additional Desirable Qualification - Post Graduate in Construction Management / Highway Engineering / Transportation Engineering/ Structural Engineering /Soil Foundation Engineering Experience: (3) Aggregate a minimum of 20 years of professional experience in a minimum of 3 countries (which may include their home country) with a minimum of two years in a foreign country (other than their home country). (4) Experience in Similar Capacity in Design/Construction/Construction Supervision of Bridges (Bridge Projects either Cable-stayed or Cable suspension or Extradosed or pre-stressed bridge of 2/4/6 lane for highway/expressway/rail cum road bridge) with good foundation and piles over Sea/ Creek/ Perennial River/ Estuary 5 years or more. (5) Experience in Similar Capacity in the supervision of Two Bridge Projects (Bridge Projects either Cable-stayed or Cable suspension or Extradosed or pre-stressed bridge of 2/4/6 lane for highway/expressway/rail cum road bridge on Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supply And Construction basis with minimum bridge length of 500 mtrs) (6) Experience in the Design of bridge projects in similar capacity Experience in at least 2 Bridge Projects either Cable-stayed or Cable suspension or Extradosed or pre-stressed bridge of 2/4/6 lane for highway/expressway/rail cum road bridge with a minimum bridge length of 500 mtrs having span not less than 125 mtrs each) over Seal Creek/ Perennial River/ Estuary with a well foundation and piles (7) Experience in Similar Capacity Supervision of Re-habilitation and repair of major Bridges either Cable-stayed or Cable suspension or Extradosed or pre-stressed bridge of 2/4/6 lane for highway/expressway/rail cum road bridge over Sea/ Creek/ Perennial River/ Estuary with minimum two spans not less than 125 mtrs (8) Experience in Similar Capacity of Bridge Projects funded by Multilateral/ Bilateral Funding Agency(ies). (9) Age: Not more than 60 years.
