Role Description

This is a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist role located on-site in Pune. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Additionally, the role involves employer branding activities to attract top talent and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
  • Experience in Hiring and Interviewing
  • Employer Branding skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a Contact Centre or similar environment is a plus
