Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across departments (Volume Hiring)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders for further rounds
• Negotiate offers, manage documentation, and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards
• Create and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws during the hiring process
• Represent the company positively in candidate interactions

Key Requirements:

• 36 years

  of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-growing or mid-sized organization
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring best practices
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities efficiently
• Experience in Bulk/Volume hiring experience is preferred
