We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst (QA) Specialist with 6 months - 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team at Master Software Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of software development and testing principles and be able to work both independently and collaboratively. As a QA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software applications by developing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans. Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing. Identify, document, and track bugs using defect-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Redmine). Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements. Worked with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Runscope) to enhance testing efficiency. Ensure software meets quality standards before deployment. Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI. Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Provide detailed test reports and recommend improvements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 6 months - 1 year of experience in software quality assurance (QA) Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies Experience with various testing tools and techniques Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities If you're passionate about ensuring software quality and eager to contribute to a collaborative team, we encourage you to apply!
