Job Profile:- * Experience in the sales of (Business Loan) * Should have excellent network in market * Should have good knowledge of business loans segment * Should be a Go -Getter and a Team Player. Key Responsibilities:- Associate Manager-Customer Acquisition will be responsible for Prospecting, developing and acquiring clients (business merchants) through direct sourcing or channels (DSA/ Alliances/ others). Meeting productivity targets on loan disbursements on Month on Month (MoM) basis. Understanding the product offering clearly. Ability to explain the product to the merchants. Achieving set disbursal targets through lead generation and fulfilment from alternate channels. Qualification & Experience Graduate is a must. 1 to 5 years of experience in a Bank/Insurance company or a NBFC.
