Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:
Handle the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates across all levels, particularly for blue-collar and technical roles.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline:
Utilize various sourcing methods like job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultancies, and campus hiring to build a strong talent pipeline.
Coordination & Interview Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensure timely feedback, and maintain positive candidate experience.
Documentation & MIS:
Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and reports for hiring metrics. Ensure all recruitment documentation is completed and compliant.
Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with department heads to understand workforce requirements and provide hiring updates regularly.
Vendor Management:
Engage and manage recruitment agencies and third-party consultants where necessary.
Onboarding Support:
Facilitate pre-joining and post-joining formalities, ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires

Shift Timing: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
