About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent to support our growing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to define and fulfill staffing needs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to onboarding.
Conduct effective candidate screening and assessments.
Optimize recruiting processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications:

6 months -3 years of successful recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (Non IT hiring preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
