Role: As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a TA team, manage vendors and collaborate with key stakeholders, and drive end-to-end hiring processes to ensure we attract and retain top talent. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring high-quality hiring within defined timelines (TAT) Partner with consulting vendors and industry networks to attract the best talent Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with our growth objectives Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning Build and mentor a high-performing recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and maintain a strong talent pipeline Optimize and implement best practices in employer branding, sourcing strategies, and recruitment operations Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency Ensure a seamless candidate experience while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement across departments Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition, with at least 2-3 years at a managerial role (Mandatory, non-negotiable) Proven track record in leading a recruitment team and successfully closing positions within TAT 2-3 years of experience in managing recruitments though vendors and building vendor relations (Mandatory) Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with leadership teams Expertise in sourcing strategies, market mapping, and employer branding Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics an improve processes Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) ad recruitment tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, target oriented environment. Requirements: Experience in hiring for primarily tech roles and SaaS-based companies Exposure to Mid level, Sr. level and leadership hirings Understanding of HR analytics and recruitment marketing strategies
