Roles & Responsibilities Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Should be capable of handling customer queries through live chat in real time Ability to manage 3 to 4 chats simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy Eligibility criteria Must have at least 6 months of experience in International chat support Typing speed should be more than 35 WMP with 90+ accuracy Should be able to join Immediately Pursuing candidates or severing notice period candidates are not eligible Should be flexible in working as per business requirement ( Night shifts/ Graveyard shifts) Perks & Benefits Transportation provided with in 25kms without hiring radius PF ESI Performance based Incentives Work Location - LIB, Kokapet.
