Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Stakeholder Engagement & Portfolio Awareness Engage with business stakeholders to discuss and promote the Talent Development (TD) portfolio. Demonstrate a strong understanding of TD offerings and initiatives.
- High Potential Talent Program Support the development of high-potential employees by assisting in the planning and execution of program events and activities at the Ahmedabad site. Collaborate with the TD lead to coordinate talent reviews and ensure completion of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Talent Development Events Assist in organizing TD events, including scheduling, communications, and logistics. Design and distribute newsletters to promote site-wide TD initiatives.
- New Hire Orientation & Intern Induction Partner with the TD lead to plan and facilitate engaging orientation sessions for new hires, apprentices, and interns. Confidently present the TD portfolio and manage event logistics, including the Apprentice and Intern Launch Pad.
- Workshop Facilitation Organize and confidently facilitate learning workshops and development sessions for employees at the Ahmedabad site.
- HR Dashboards & Reporting Generate reports using Excel and the Infineon HR Dashboard tool to track training data and program outcomes. Maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and share insights for continuous improvement.
- Procurement Support Create and manage purchase requests for TD-related activities using the designated procurement tool.
- Additional Responsibilities Take on other training and development tasks as assigned during the course of the assignment.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Educational Background A postgraduate qualification or certification in HR or Talent Development is a plus.
- Experience & Exposure 1–3 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Talent Management roles. Prior experience in organizing employee development programs or onboarding initiatives is highly desirable.
- Facilitation & Communication Skills Good presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to confidently lead orientation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings. Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Organizational & Project Management Skills Proven ability to manage multiple events and programs simultaneously, with attention to detail and strong time management.
- Stakeholder Engagement Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Technical Proficiency Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR systems or dashboards. Experience with data reporting and visualization tools is a plus.
- Creative & Promotional Skills Ability to create engaging newsletters, event communications, and promotional content to drive participation and awareness.
- Adaptability & Initiative Self-starter with a proactive mindset, eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving HR landscape.
