Job Description

  • Engage with business stakeholders to discuss and promote the Talent Development portfolio.
  • Support the development of high-potential employees by assisting in planning and executing program events and activities.
  • Organize and facilitate learning workshops and development sessions for employees.
  • Assist in organizing Talent Development events, including scheduling, communications, and logistics.
  • Create and manage purchase requests for TD-related activities using designated procurement tools.
  • Maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the TD lead to plan and facilitate engaging orientation sessions for new hires, apprentices, and interns.
  • Design and distribute newsletters to promote site-wide TD initiatives and confidently present the TD portfolio while managing event logistics, including the Apprentice and Intern Launch Pad.
  • Take on other training and development tasks as assigned during the course of the assignment.
Job Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification or certification in HR or Talent Development is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Talent Management roles.
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills are required, with the ability to confidently lead orientation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events and programs simultaneously, with attention to detail and strong time management.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR systems or dashboards.
  • Experience with data reporting and visualization tools is a plus.
  • Fair experience using learning management systems.
  • Ability to create engaging newsletters, event communications, and promotional content to drive participation and awareness.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving HR landscape.
