OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE We are seeking a dynamic People Systems Security Manager to join our new shared capability centre (HSCC) based in Hyderabad, integrating into our broader, Global Operating Model.As People Systems Security Manager you will bring in data and security expertise to ensure the right frameworks and controls are in place across our people technology solutions. With the support of data and security analysts, you will collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to implement and maintain robust data assurance processes and security standards.This role will fit in as part of the Global People Technology delivery model, with opportunity to work with different stakeholders based in different countries. KEY RESPONSIBILITES Provide oversight of all people-related data, including availability, access, governance, and compliance.Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and owner of security framework within the People Technology team and ensure security access rights and changes adhere to appropriate governance forumsConfigure and maintain robust role-based, user-based, domain access controls within the Workday system.Conduct thorough smoke testing of access requests, including identification and mitigation of toxic combinations.Perform regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and audit requirements.Investigate security incidents in collaboration with Information Security and other stakeholders.Create and maintain Workday reports related to security and audits to meet business needs.Partner with the team to identify the most effective reporting options based on specific requirements.Develop and maintain calculated fields within Workday reports.Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues, bugs, and other related challenges.Develop and maintain various templates for reporting requests.Review and assess new Workday feature releases to ensure ongoing compliance and security.Work closely with the integration and functional leads and as well as other Workday support teams to ensure seamless system operations.Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and other training materials as required.Advise the business on best practices for Workday security and data integrity.
