Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute recruiting strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates
Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria
Represent the company at recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring activities
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
Create a positive candidate experience that enhances the company's employer brand
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment methods and tools
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing strategies and interview methods
Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Understanding of employment law and hiring compliance requirements
