Your responsibilities will include managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, utilizing various channels for talent sourcing such as job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. You will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, coordinating interviews, and evaluating candidates effectively. Collaboration with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be developing strategies to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent, while maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in core recruitment. A strong understanding of talent acquisition techniques, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in recruitment tools and ATS platforms are essential.
