Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive
Company: Hanswahini Business and Recruitment Consultants Location: Work from Home (Official casual meets twice or thrice a year)

Salary
- Up to 3,00,000 per annum - Attractive weekly and monthly incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to placement - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals - Build and maintain a network of candidates and leverage social media and job portals for talent acquisition - Maintain a target of 5 successful joinings per month - Coordinate with clients and candidates for smooth onboarding processes - Ensure high-quality hires by understanding client needs and providing an excellent candidate experience - Track and report recruitment metrics

Requirements
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously - Proficiency with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms

Working Days & Training
- Monday to Friday (5-day work week) - 5 days of initial training
