Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.

• Source candidates through databases, job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

• Conduct initial interviews via phone, video, or in-person.

• Schedule interviews with relevant department heads and follow up on feedback.

• Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Extend job offers and coordinate on boarding with HR operations.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Promote company culture and employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
