Job Overview:

Non-IT Recruiter (Bulk Hiring)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk/non-IT positions across multiple clients or departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.), social media, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently to meet daily/weekly hiring targets.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate reporting of hiring status.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand manpower needs and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 2–6 years of experience in bulk hiring or volume recruitment (Non-IT sector).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience using job portals and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Flexible to handle multiple positions and urgent requirements.
