   Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist  
 The Opportunity: We are looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who can   lead the recruitment function at the group level. The role requires 3 to 5 years of experience in   recruitment, with an eagerness to build the recruitment function and drive timely outcomes.   Key Responsibilities:     ¢ ¢ Handle end-to-end recruitment, including drafting the Job Description, sourcing, screening,   and scheduling interviews.   Coordinate with leadership team/ function heads to understand requirements and develop a   quarterly and monthly recruitment plan.   Source candidates using multiple sources  job portals, LinkedIn, own network, group-wide   referral portal, etc. Minimize/ eliminate the use of recruitment consultants.   Post interview conduct, coordinate with candidates till the time offers are rolled out and   ensure that candidates join (minimize candidate drop off post offer).   Share weekly recruitment reports and maintain proper documentation.   Support the group level efforts related to employer branding.   ¢ ¢ ¢ Over time, build a strong team of recruiters to develop an ongoing pipeline for key roles.   Qualifications and Experience:   ¢ Graduate/ Post Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment. MBA in HR   specialization is preferred.   ¢ ¢ Has a good understanding of various tools like LinkedIn, job portals, etc.   Has strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills. Is able to communicate   and convince senior leaders.   ¢ ¢ Has the ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple requirements.   Has the willingness to learn and improve existing skills.   Location: Bangalore, with travel as required.
