What you'll do
· Recording day-to-day transactions in ZOHO ensuring GST and TDS compliance while recording the transaction.
· Preparing bank reconciliation statements on a periodical basis.
· Preparing monthly schedules for expenses and balance sheet items.
· Creating expenses provision accounting and maintaining the schedule.
· Maintaining fixed assets register and calculating depreciation.
· Performing vendor reconciliation.
· Evaluating financial operations to recommend best practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organizations run efficiently.
· Able to navigate the issues towards closure.
· Able to handle the audit.
· Doing monthly variance analysis for expenses.
· Ensuring timely book closures.
Requirements
· Experience of working with Zoho Books or similar accounting software
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
· Sufficient accounting/finance experience through internships; work experience is an added advantage.
· Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Experience with accounting software
· Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
· Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation - Highly detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
