Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter specializing in bulk hiring to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization, with a focus on high-volume recruitment needs. The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely fulfilment of positions while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality.


Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for bulk hiring initiatives.

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for initial interviews.

• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest in the position.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in bulk hiring and recruitment.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably with a focus on Sales/bulk hiring.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices for high-volume recruitment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

• Proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
