Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred). 8+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. Expertise in core Java, Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.), and web services (REST, SOAP). Experience with microservices architecture and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure). Proficiency in databases (SQL, NoSQL), with knowledge of ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA. Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. Solid experience with version control systems like Git. Hands-on experience in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Desirable Skills: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React). Prior experience in financial or banking domains is an added advantage.
