Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. This individual will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
  
• Develop and post job ads on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, company website, etc.).
  
• Source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
  
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and interview feedback.
  
• Facilitate the offer process and negotiate compensation when appropriate.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Track and report key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.).
  
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
