Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the entire recruiting lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding. Daily tasks will include sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and developing employer branding strategies. The specialist will ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

• Expertise in Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
