Company is a fast-growing SaaS startup hat’s transforming traditional enterprise sales processes. The platform focuses on simplifying complex B2B transactions by digitizing sales workflows and enhancing buyer engagement through conversational interfaces.



Role:

We’re looking for a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead non-tech hiring across our GTM and business teams. In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, ensuring we bring on board exceptional talent that accelerates our next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with business leaders to shape hiring strategies, deliver seamless candidate experiences, and build a strong talent pipeline that reflects company’s vision and culture.

Responsibilities:

● Own end-to-end recruitment for all non-tech functions — including Sales (SDR, AE), Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

● Partner closely with business and functional heads to define hiring needs, craft role descriptions, and design sourcing strategies.

● Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, campus programs, and employee referrals.

● Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and professionalism at every touchpoint.

● Track, analyse, and report key hiring metrics using dashboards and recruitment trackers for informed decision-making.

● Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting company’s culture across platforms and events.

● Maintain high standards of recruitment compliance and process discipline throughout all stages.


What We’re Looking For

● 2–5 years of hands-on experience in non-tech hiring across GTM/business roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Operations).

● Prior experience in a fast-paced SaaS or product startup is highly preferred.

● Strong sourcing expertise with a proven ability to engage passive talent through multiple channels.

● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

● A data-driven mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience.

● Highly motivated, organised, and passionate about building world-class teams.
