Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, employee referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct preliminary screening and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal stakeholders or clients.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports on hiring progress and metrics.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
