🎯 Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, hands-on recruitment expertise, and a passion for building high-performing teams across functions.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across departments

Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and define role requirements

Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting

Conduct screening, interviews, and selection processes with a focus on candidate experience

Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards

Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for critical roles

Drive employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment campaigns

Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies

✅ Desired Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

3–6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing, infrastructure, or industrial sectors

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview formats, and recruitment analytics

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously

Familiarity with HRMS/ATS platforms and recruitment tools
