Talent Acquisition Lead Job Description

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Role Overview

ETG Digital is seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Lead with 8–10 years of end-to-end hiring experience across both IT and Non-IT roles. This role will be responsible for driving hiring strategy, owning recruitment delivery, and partnering closely with business leaders to support rapid organizational growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across the organization
  • Drive hiring for Salesforce and core IT positions including Developers, Admins, Consultants, Architects, QA, BAs, Project Managers, and niche technical roles
  • Manage Non-IT hiring including Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Support, and leadership roles
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and project requirements
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing
  • Lead offer management, compensation discussions, negotiation, and pre-joining engagement
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and pipelines using Keka or any ATS
  • Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring quality
  • Provide regular hiring reports and insights to leadership
  • Mentor and guide recruiters and improve hiring efficiency
  • Support employer branding and recruitment process improvements

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 8–10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles
  • Strong hands-on hiring experience in IT services or technology-driven organizations
  • Proven success in closing niche, senior, and leadership roles
  • Good understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and core IT skillsets
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience with Keka or any ATS
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; MBA/MHRM preferred
