Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill workforce requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Handle offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in bulk and lateral hiring
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• Exposure to corporate or consultancy recruitment
