Job Title: Jewellery Data Entry Operator Location: Ichchhapor, Surat Job Summary: We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Jewellery Data Entry Operator to manage and update jewellery inventory, billing. The candidate should be skilled in data entry and familiar with jewellery-related terms and categories. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update jewellery inventory details including item codes, descriptions, weights, karat, and pricing. Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and stock movements in the system. Generate barcodes and price labels for products. Assist in stock audits and reconciliations. Input and verify customer information and billing details. Coordinate with sales and inventory teams for data updates. Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms (ERP, etc.).. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass; a diploma/degree is a plus. Previous experience in jewellery or retail data entry preferred. Good knowledge of MS Excel and data entry software (Tally, ERP, POS systems). Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and in coordination with the team.
