Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruitment process.

Location : Vidyavihar,Mumbai

Experience : 1 to 3 Yrs

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from understanding client requirements to onboarding candidates.
• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and headhunting.
• Work on mid to senior-level and niche roles across different industries.
• Conduct initial screening, telephonic and in-person interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with clients to understand role expectations, hiring timelines, and candidate feedback.
• Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers regularly.
• Handle candidate mapping and market research for specific or niche roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Key Skills :

• Proven experience of 1 to 3 Yrs in recruitment (preferably in a consulting or agency setup).
• Hands-on experience in hiring for mid to senior-level or niche positions.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
