Translates understanding into actionable strategies for identifying, assessing and hiring world-class talent. Ensures a positive candidate interviewing experience. Tracks search metrics and provides updates to hiring managers and the broader Talent Acquisition team. Proactively builds a diverse candidate pipeline and supports ongoing corporate diversity efforts.
