Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Recruiter located in Navi Mumbai. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company. Daily tasks include managing job postings, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and building a pipeline of potential candidates. The Senior Recruiter will also handle job offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both the candidates and the hiring teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Strong Organizational and Time Management abilities
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR databases
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in recruitment within the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
