Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in MEP, structural solutions, and interior fit-outs . Generate business from corporate clients, government tenders, builders, architects, and consultants . Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close high-value deals. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in construction and infrastructure sectors. Create and execute sales strategies for new and repeat business. Tendering & Bidding: Prepare technical and commercial proposals, respond to RFPs, and participate in tenders. Required Skills & Competencies Proven experience in B2B, corporate, and government sales within the construction/architecture/interiors domain. Strong network with architects, PMC (Project Management Consultants), builders, and government agencies. Excellent knowledge of MEP services, structural solutions, and project sales . Ability to handle long sales cycles and close complex deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of tendering processes and government procurement norms. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of independent decision-making
