Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment (IT & Non-IT)

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Network, Support, Analysts, Technical Leads, etc.).
  • Handle Non-IT requirements such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance, Admin, Customer Support, and more.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster), referrals, networking, and social platforms for sourcing.
  • Create strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates for Technical and Non-Technical positions.
  • Use Boolean search, social recruiting, and market mapping for niche talent.

3. Screening & Evaluation

  • Conduct resume screening, competency-based interviews, and HR preliminary discussions.
  • Evaluate candidate experience, skill match, communication ability, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical assessments, interviews, and panel rounds with internal teams.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong communication with hiring managers and leadership teams.
  • Provide hiring updates, weekly dashboards, and progress reports.
  • Align recruitment strategies with business needs and timelines.

5. Recruitment Operations

  • Handle offer negotiations, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain ATS records, candidate databases, hiring metrics, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, tech stacks, and Non-IT role requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, social media).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles across departments in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, IT, Business, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3+ years

    of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment (corporate or consulting).
  • Experience in hiring for mid-level and senior positions preferred.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in using ATS/HRMS platforms (Zoho Recruit, BambooHR, Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, etc.).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of current hiring trends and market insights.
