Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales:

    • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in

      MEP, structural solutions, and interior fit-outs

      .
    • Generate business from

      corporate clients, government tenders, builders, architects, and consultants

      .
    • Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    • Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
  • Market Research & Strategy:

    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in construction and infrastructure sectors.
    • Create and execute sales strategies for new and repeat business.
  • Tendering & Bidding:

    • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, respond to RFPs, and participate in tenders.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, estimation, and project teams) for bid submissions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

    • Work closely with project execution teams to ensure smooth client handover and project delivery.
  • Team Collaboration & Reporting:

    • Guide junior business development executives.
    • Maintain regular reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to management.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in

    B2B, corporate, and government sales

    within the construction/architecture/interiors domain.
  • Strong network with architects, PMC (Project Management Consultants), builders, and government agencies.
  • Excellent knowledge of

    MEP services, structural solutions, and project sales

    .
  • Ability to handle long sales cycles and close complex deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of

    tendering processes

    and government procurement norms.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of independent decision-making
