Key Responsibilities :

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth through solution-based selling of Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), and High-Purity Water Systems. The role requires strong technical expertise in water treatment technologies combined with strategic sales skills to acquire new business, manage key accounts, and support end-to-end project conversions.

Job Profile:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for water treatment, wastewater, and high purity systems in industrial and commercial sectors.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical solutions and proposals.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers; follow up to close orders.
• Coordinate with internal design and execution teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned region.
• Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and seminars to promote company offerings.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the product and marketing teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for internal review.

Desired Profile:

• Diploma Engineering / B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical / Environment Engineering) with 7 to 10 yrs of experience in managing Technical Sales of WTP, WWTP & Hi-Purity Systems especially with Pharmaceuticals & Biotech companies.
• Strong technical knowledge of WTP, WWTP, High Purity Water Systems.
• Ability to manage sales cycles from lead generation to order finalization.
• Strong networking capability with consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and industrial clients.
• Ability to read technical drawings and P&IDs.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and handling technical-commercial discussions.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Customer-focused, target-driven, and capable of solution-based selling.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and client-handling abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
