Role Overview

Business Head

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & P&L Management

  • Define and execute the long-term business strategy to make our software the market leader in the homeopathy segment.
  • Own the annual budget and P&L (Profit & Loss), ensuring sustainable growth and high ROI.
  • Identify new market opportunities, including institutional sales (colleges) and international expansion.

2. Product Direction & Innovation

  • Act as the "Subject Matter Expert" to bridge the gap between clinical homeopathy and software development.
  • Provide inputs on

    Repertories, Materia Medica modules, and Patient Management systems

    to the technical team to ensure clinical accuracy.
  • Monitor global trends in Digital Health and AI to integrate cutting-edge features into the software.

3. Sales & Market Expansion

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team to drive B2B and B2C subscriptions.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with Homeopathic Medical Colleges, Associations, and large-scale clinic chains.
  • Represent the company at national and international Homeopathy conferences and seminars.

4. Operations & Customer Success

  • Oversee the customer onboarding process and ensure a high retention rate through excellent post-sales support.
  • Ensure the software complies with healthcare data regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Background:

    BHMS or MD (Homeopathy)

    ,

    MBA

    or a degree in Management is highly preferred.
  • Domain Expertise:

    Deep understanding of homeopathic practice, repertorization, and the specific workflow of homeopathic clinics.
  • Business Acumen:

    Proven track record of scaling a product or business unit, preferably in the SaaS, E-learning, or HealthTech space.
  • Communication:

    Exceptional command of English and Hindi; ability to speak the language of both doctors and developers.
  • Leadership:

    Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, and Support).
